My name is Laia Montoya, I am a creative project manager, entrepreneur and coach. I am currently based in Berlin and over the past 10 years, I've lived in three countries and traveled globally for work and my passion for art, gaining valuable experience in managing creative projects internationally and as a co-founder of my own management agency.
From that wise experience, I've learned that each person holds a unique potential and that our diversity is our collective wealth. Now, I know that the true success lies within us.
After working alongside so many unique projects, designing and implementing their business strategies and knowing the importance of acting mindfully with our businesses, I have placed all this knowledge at the disposal of inccproject, in order to help and accompany those freelancers and entrepreneurs who, at the moment they find me, are having difficulties to see the way clearly.
