The power of collective thinking

It’s Sunday morning, very early, and the sun is streaming through my window. I woke up thinking about the support groups I’ve had throughout my career.

There are moments, professionally, when we need to rely on those who aren’t friends, family, or clients—definitely not! These are people who understand us professionally, with whom we can grow and develop without necessarily working together.

In my case, these groups have been invaluable during times of significant decision-making. They’ve provided a space where I could share strategies, exchange knowledge, and gain new perspectives on my projects. With them, I’ve revised, refined, and ultimately grown.

Right now, I’m designing the Mastermind Group for this Fall 2024 edition, and I want it to become exactly that: a space where we can grow, transform, and support each other. This Mastermind will be a community where we celebrate our achievements—both individually and collectively.

In my earlier experiences with Masterminds, the most powerful takeaway was the strength of collective intelligence—finding solutions from diverse perspectives and finishing each session with renewed clarity and direction. It’s an incredibly effective tool for overcoming limiting beliefs in what can often feel like a limiting time. With a clear start and end date, you're responsible for your own progress, but you’re never walking alone. The journey is shared with others who, like you, understand your needs and professional challenges.

They aren’t friends, family, clients, or co-workers; they’re your support group on this journey.

I will be opening 10 in-person in Berlin and 10 online spots for this Mastermind group. You can find more information and pre-book you spot here.

I can’t wait to meet you all.

My best, best regards.

L.
